New Employee Highlight: Karen Burt

We are pleased to welcome Karen Burt to FM Financial as the Senior Loan Specialist with our Free Methodist Investment and Loan Fund. She brings more than 30 years of experience in finance management with a unique perspective on resourcing and empowering ministry and financial accountability. Karen is finishing up her role as the finance director at the East Michigan Conference of the Free Methodist Church where her duties included administering the conference loan fund. She was instrumental in the recent transition of the conference loan fund to FM Financial. She has also worked in the banking industry. Karen is happily married to her husband Jeff and has 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. Josh, Patty, and Donna are happy to have her join our loan fund team!
