As part of our commitment to serve clients with excellence, FM Financial supports teams members as they participate in continuing education opportunities and certification programs. We want to highlight four employees who recently earned significant designations:

Levi Conner successfully completed all requirements for the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation. Eight courses with classwork and a final exam are required for this designation. These courses provide an excellent foundation for a career in financial planning and cover such areas as the financial planning process, insurance, taxation, retirement needs, and investments.

Jen DeBiasi successfully earned the Retired Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation, which consists of three graduate level courses and three separate 100-question, two-hour proctored exams.  This designation focuses on creating sustainable retirement income strategies, including Social Security optimization, annuities, withdrawal strategies, tax-efficient planning, and long-term care considerations.

Ridge Foco earned both the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Certified Kingdom Adviser (CKA®) designations. The CFP® designation is one of the most respected in the financial services industry, requiring rigorous coursework, hundreds of study hours, and a comprehensive 6 hour exam (less than 70% pass rate). The CKA® designation involves twenty modules and a comprehensive exam. It focuses on offering biblically wise advice in the financial planning industry.

Mark Olson completed coursework and a significant capstone case study project to obtain the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst® (AIFA®) designation. The AIFA® designation is one of the highest-level designations for fiduciary consultants. It is awarded to individuals who specialize in evaluating and auditing the fiduciary practices of investment stewards, advisers, and managers.
