FM Financial is pleased to welcome two new team members:
Shalom Cross joined FM Financial in March 2026 as a Client Care Specialist with the Free Methodist Investment and Loan Fund. He supports both existing lending clients as well as church and ministry applicants. Shalom is a graduate of Spring Arbor University and resides in Jackson, Michigan. He enjoys music, cooking, and spending quality time with his wife, Kyla, their cat, Joey, and friends.
Karson Durocher joined FM Financial in October 2025 as Technical Support and Data Specialist. He is a student at Jackson College majoring in software engineering and lives in Jackson, Michigan. Karson previously worked as a professional photographer for 4 years and still enjoys doing photography on the side. He also enjoys music, spending quality time with people, and traveling to hear stories and see new places.
